Here are the headlines to start your day Northwestern's field hockey team will compete in the final four for the first time in 27 years following a one, nothing victory Sunday over the Iowa Hawkeyes Sunday's match at Northwestern's Martin stadium was scoreless through the first 59 minutes. Before sophomore Lauren Wallace took a backhanded shot into the corner of the net to secure the win with one minute to go, the cats will face Harvard in the semifinals. On Friday, November 19th, Evanston hospital received a downgraded safety rating from a national safety watchdog, Wednesday, along with two other hospitals and the north shore university health system. The leapfrog group gave Evanston hospital a B rating dropping from an a rating received in spring 2021. Speaker 0 00:01:03 Chicago fraternal order of police president John Catanzaro may be fired more than four years after an investigation into him was first launched. The Chicago police board will begin its termination hearing on Kevin Zahra Monday, which concerns dozens of alleged rule violations across 18 separate allegations. These allegations include inflammatory statements made while in uniform repeated sexual harassment and filing false reports against police leadership. Both the prosecution and defense will present closing arguments Monday in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse two weeks after the start of a highly controversial trial, which sees Rittenhouse charged with multiple counts of homicide and reckless endangerment, the case will fall fully to the jury. Wisconsin. Governor Tony Evers has dispatched around 500 national guard troops to Kenosha ahead of the trial's conclusion pop star. Brittany Spears has regained full autonomy over her estate, following a ruling by a Los Angeles court to terminate her father's conservatorship. And this final victory follows a dramatic increase in national attention, including a New York times documentary and the introduction of a congressional bill to protect the subjects of conservatorships from abuse. The cop 26 conference ended in Glasgow, Scotland Saturday with hundreds of delegates from around the world, approving the pact as an update to the 2015 Paris agreement. The approval followed two weeks of intense debate, including a last-minute appeal from India's delegate to change phrasing on phasing out coal to phasing down delegates.
