The positivity rate is 4.35% of fire in a residential structure and Evanston displays, 12 people Monday, and a firefighter was injured at the scene. The fire was reportedly caused by a person attempting to thought a water pipe that had frozen with a torch in Evanston's ninth ward candidate seeking mayor Daniel bliss, his appointment to succeed.
